Monaghan VEC is a local education and training authority based in Monaghan town, in the Irish Border Region. The VEC is involved in education provision for second level, and mature students through to special education for early school leavers.

One of the key features of the logo is the use of the hand of Ulster at its core yet at the same time evoking a dove of peace.
