Abstract: The Art of Design is back on Netflix

Abstract: The Art of Design is a great series which appeared on Netflix a few years back and it‘s great to announce that a new series is back and will launch on 25th September 2019 on Netflix.

Good design as drama, only on Netflix. A good thing I guess, as we are beginning to see a few more of these types of programmes coming on stream.

The new series involves six of the most creative thinkers and imaginative minds working in the world of art and design today – looking at their creative process, exploring their work, and discovering how their innovative designs have profoundly affected our everyday lives.

The six are;

• Artist Olafur Eliasson
• Bio-designer Neri Oxman
• Costume designer Ruth E. Carter
• Toy designer Cas Holman
• Instagram product designer Ian Spalter
• Typeface designer Jonathan Hoefler

It was really hard to find the shows from the last series anywhere on YouTube due to copyright restrictions, so hopefully these new ones turn up.
