Bay Rovers AFC was set up in 1990 as football fever was sweeping the nation during the Italia 90 World Cup. The club was originally made up of members from Glengarriff, Bantry and Durrus as well as other outlying areas and they took part in The West Cork League.

Recently a revamp of the existing crest from 1990 was required – we created a fresh twist on the old crest with a stronger more pronounced crest shape utilising vibrant colours loyal to the clubs green and blue.
